Find a strength and conditioning coach first and set your own goals first. If you can do 10 chin up maybe you should try to do 15 chinup, etc. Everyone is different. Because some athletes are naturally strong and don't even have the need to lift weights which is not my case.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192186541955038172.post-70110832946495576842007-11-13T15:46:00.000-08:002007-11-13T15:46:00.000-08:00Excuse me for my interest. How many pull ups could ...Excuse me for my interest.
How many pull ups could you do,and how many can you do now?
Whic was your record in bench press?
Do you know bench oress records of elite female judokas?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192186541955038172.post-2073925277353754652007-11-07T16:45:00.000-08:002007-11-07T16:45:00.000-08:00http://www.usja-development.com/resources/Okay, no...http://www.usja-development.com/resources/

Okay, not sure why this won't paste correctly. I can tell you that when I competed at 56 kg (I know it is now 57 kg, but that was long ago) that I could squat 80 kg so I think if that is your maximum it is not enough.

Usually you would alternate and some days you lift a lot of weights for strength to get to your maximum.

Other days, you should do a lot of repetitions.

This page has some articles on conditioning by Jim Pedro, Sr. who is in Europe coaching Ronda right now. I think these will help you.

http://www.usja-development.com/resources/coaching/coaching1.htmlDr. AnnMariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13741371839260099343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192186541955038172.post-46988756445738709732007-11-07T15:24:00.000-08:002007-11-07T15:24:00.000-08:00I'm a 27 years old woman and in -70 kg. category, ...I'm a 27 years old woman and in -70 kg. category, I'm black belt since 3 years and can do squat with 80 kg.
Which are current Ronda's strenght exercises records?
How many repetitions and series should I do?
Please help me.
