For the workouts, we could write an app to go with the book that people could have on their iPhones.

I don't know where I could find the time, since it is taking me forever to get this book done. One of the things that takes a long time is taking the pictures for everything. If it was just a matter of writing, I would be a lot further along.

I really like your judo workout app, idea. I just got a subscription to the New York Times today and it came with an app for both my iPhone and my iPad.Dr. AnnMariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13741371839260099343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2192186541955038172.post-89391839760476688352011-05-25T07:02:37.657-07:002011-05-25T07:02:37.657-07:00Documenting all of workouts and eating habits work...Documenting all of workouts and eating habits works out really good, but it would be nice if someone invented some kind of software program to redflag overworkouts or less.lets say input the athletes & coaches goals to the program and get a list of set exercises, resting periods, eating habits, etc. I don't know I have no idea how the program would work! but maybe with all of those statistics and research that you do you can put something together.

You know another thing that I was thinking in sanctioned tournaments it would be easier to have a software that has all sanctionable members scores wins & losses recorded so that the info can be used to make pools state and nation wide, I mean as soon as the match is over it is recorded with all the pertinent info on the players, kind of like a national data base that puts players in automated pools state and nationwide ya' know? I have no Idea what I'm talking about i guess I'll just continue to document the old conventional way.I just think that documenting the info has alot of value to it and can be used for research.

Humberto MontielAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
